From Norway to Madrid, my musical journey

From Norway to Madrid: the musical journey of Hanne Tveter

Music knows no borders, and the voice of Hanne Tveter is living proof. Born in Norway with the soul of a world citizen, Hanne has built a unique career where jazz, flamenco, Latin rhythms, and Nordic folklore intertwine with remarkable fluidity. On June 25, Madrid will once again vibrate with her live performance at the iconic Sala Villanos.

A true fusion artist

Throughout her career, Hanne has explored diverse musical landscapes, always with deep respect for the cultures that inspire her. Her training in classical and jazz music gave her a solid foundation, but it was her emotional and cultural sensitivity that took her further: from the Norwegian forests to the heart of Andalusia, from Oslo’s stages to Madrid’s tablaos, from Mexico to Cuba—always telling stories through music.

Huldra (The Enchantress) – 2023

Her latest project, Huldra (The Enchantress) (2024), is a magical work inspired by Norwegian legends, interpreted through the spirit of flamenco and contemporary arrangements that blend the acoustic, the electronic, and the ancestral.
